Hotel Terms & Conditions:
- Hotel check-in time is 12 hrs & check-out time is 12 hrs, Any early check-in or Late check-out will be subject to availability and will be charged extra accordingly.
- We accept all major Credit Cards, as per RBI guidelines, it will be mandatory to enter ATM PIN while using your credit or debit card at the Hotel.
- In absence of arrival details, reservation will be deemed as guaranteed up to 1500 hrs only.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to availability. We will try to accommodate your room request however we reserve the right to shift you to either similar or higher categories of rooms.
- For group bookings and conferences tariff is available on request.
- Breakfast outside of designated hours (6am to 10am) will be charged on a la carte basis.
- Cancellation Policy – Reservation cancelled within 72 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
- No Show Policy – Retention charge equivalent to the entire length of stay booked ,will be applicable in case of No Show or non materialized confirmed booking.
- Guarantee Policy – All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card.
- Deposit Policy – Complete advance deposit for entire stay is required to hold the reservation on confirmed basis.
- Extra Bed Policy – Maximum occupancy 1 Adults.
- Child Policy – 2 Children up to 6 yrs and 1 Child between 6-12 yrs can stay in the parents room 1 extra bed will be provided at extra charges.
- Guests require to carry valid photo identification proof with residential address details at the time of check-in. The photo identity proof can either be the guests passport, driving license ,voter identification card or the Aadhar card. As per Government notification PAN card will not be accepted. For foreign guests a valid passport and visa details are mandatory.
